Australia Awards Scholarships, which was previously known as Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) are giving out opportunities to people from all over the world, whether developing countries or underdeveloped countries. But They are particularly targeting countries located in the Indo-Pacific region, to take in full-time undergraduates or postgraduates to participate in Australian universities, and Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutions.

Scholarship value, inclusions, and duration:
The scholarship benefits for the most part include: full educational expenses, return air travel, foundation recompense, commitment to everyday costs (CLE), Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Introductory Academic Program (IAP), Pre-course English (PCE) charges, and so forth.

Eligibility
To be eligible to get one of the scholarships, applicants must:
be at least 18 years old on February 1st of the year the scholarship begins;
According to the Australia Awards website, you must be a citizen of a participating country and be residing in and applying for the scholarship from your country of citizenship.
If you are not a citizen of Australia, hold permanent residency in Australia or are applying for a visa to live in Australia permanently,
At any time during the application, selection, or mobilization phases (note: Cook Islands, Niue, and Tokelau residents with New Zealand citizenship are eligible, but must apply for a student visa [subclass 500]);
active-duty military personnel;
A person who has once gotten a long-term Australia Award unless they are living outside Australia twice the length of the total time that they were in Australia (for example, a previous person who was awarded who has been on an Australia Awards Scholarship in Australia for 4 years will not be able to apply for another Australia Awards Scholarship until they have lived outside Australia for eight years);
do not have any criminal convictions (including those in their home country), including those relating to child protection and PSEAH;
Applicants under the Pacific Secondary School Scholarship Program (PSSSP) who have graduated from secondary school education in Australia in the th number of eligible years given are eligible to apply for a long-term Australia Award;
